Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NetSpeed Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NetSpeed Pro is a network testing and WiFi security application that provides:

• Network ping and latency testing
• Jitter and packet loss analysis
• Download and upload speed testing
• WiFi password generation and security tools
• Network diagnostics and reporting

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NetSpeed Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to perform excessive or abusive network testing that may impact network infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Use the WiFi password generator for unauthorized network access
• Share or distribute the App outside of authorized channels

4. Network Testing Disclaimer

Network testing results are provided for informational purposes only. Actual network performance may vary based on numerous factors including device capabilities, network conditions, server load, and geographic location. We do not guarantee the accuracy of test results and they should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.

5. WiFi Security Tools

The WiFi password generator is provided as a security tool to help users create strong passwords for their own networks. Users are responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization before accessing any WiFi network. We do not condone or support unauthorized network access.

6. Intellectual Property

NetSpeed Pro and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Free Bear Connect Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Bear Connect Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Data Usage and Network Costs

Network testing may consume significant amounts of data, especially speed tests. Users are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the App. We recommend using WiFi when possible and monitoring your data usage if you have limited data plans.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of NetSpeed Pro is also governed by Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App through the App Store.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
